TERMS OF USE

By accessing, browsing, and/or using this web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including our Return and Exchange policy, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We are not responsible for typographical errors related to pricing and reserve the right to contact you and advise of the corrected information prior to processing your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery is via Australia Post Registered Service.

 

International Shipping is via Courier. Please note all import taxes/duties are the customers responsibility. 

 

Orders that have already been processed for payment are not able to be modified or refunded, so ensure you check over your purchase and shipping delivery details before proceeding to the checkout.

 

All orders placed after 3pm AEST Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following business day. No orders will be dispatched on Weekends or Public Holidays.

PAYMENTS/PRICING

All payment is to be made through PayPal. Orders will not be accepted by phone.

 

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.  We endeavour to ensure that our price list is current.  Our price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.  If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

RETURNS

Please note we will only exchange or refund in the event that the item you purchased is faulty or the ring size is not correct. All exchanges are to be sent back at the customers expense to PO BOX 3095 Bellevue Hill NSW 2023 within 7 days. If the correct ring size is not available a refund will be provided on return of the item. Please email customerservice@jazmina.com.au to see if an alternate size is available. All faulty items must be reported within 30 days from purchase date.

 

Jazmina takes no responsibility for tarnishing or discolouration of jewellery or markings on the skin. As the collection is costume jewellery and made of various metals, some pieces may react to the oils in the skin and may cause the jewellery to tarnish or mark the skin. Any tarnishing or discolouration will not be accepted as faulty.
